The Wet Foot Test (Easy At-Home Test)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\">This is one of the simplest ways to determine if you have flat feet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\">What you\u2019ll need:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p5\">\u2022 A shallow pan of water<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p5\">\u2022 A piece of cardboard or paper<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\">Steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p6\">1. Foot Pain or Discomfort<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\">Flat feet can sometimes cause:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\">&#8211; Pain in the arch, heel, or ankle<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\">&#8211; Swelling along the inside of the foot<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\">&#8211;  Tired or achy feet, especially after long periods of standing or walking<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">5. Consult a Professional<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p3\">If you suspect you have flat feet and experience pain, it\u2019s a good idea to see a podiatrist or physiotherapist.
